Our splendid Horticultural Show, a chance for locals to show off their produce and crafts, including photography,
floral arrangements, sewing, knitting, wine making, children’s crafts, cookery classes and even a scarecrow competition !!
Do you fancy putting in an entry? If the roses in your garden are your pride and joy then let us all have a look at them.
Just imagine how proud you will be when you walk off with an award and £4 first prize money in your pocket!

 

 

PHOTOGRAPHY CLASSES FOR 2012

  1. “Christmas decorations” – at any stage of the proceedings.
  2. “The joy of the dance.”
  3. “The vegetable plot”. At least 3 differing items of produce in shot
  4. Knobs and knockers… any front door furniture or similar.
  5. BLACK & WHITE class.  “Pegs”. A study of clothespegs with at least 4 pegs in shot.
    &
    Young Photographer Class Entrants to be under 17 yrs not counted in Youth Class “ My breakfast”

    The 2012 Horticultural Schedule will be added as soon as it is available.

Cups won at last year's show must be returned to the Cup Secretary no later than Friday 20th July 2012.

Holders are responsible to the Committee for the said cups or their equivalent value, should they not be able to return them.
